We have recently installed a new, fully bespoke Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The new system, which was replaced a variety of non-integrated systems, has allowed us to streamline processes, improve reporting and enables us to provide our customers with live, accurate information.
Fondly known as “LeeMa”, the 1st orders were processed on 1st July 2015. The phased implementation went without a glitch. We don’t quite know how we managed without it now!
