Another of our major investments for 2011 was the purchase of a high speed fully automated five station production line which allows us to form, punch, pad, cut and stack. The main component of this high speed line is an Illig RDK 80 3rd generation machine which, combined with German engineering and quality British tooling allows for high outputs of excellent product. This machine has enabled us to break in to the Soft Fruit Punnet market, but also gives us the additional capacity for more complex projects, allowing the company to grow in new and existing market sectors.
