Leeways installs two Illig RDKP 72g machines into the purpose built manufacturing unit.

The two machines will increase production capacity at Leeways and will compliment our current range of modern thermoforming equipment.

As part of the deal which secured the assets of Chevler Packaging, the first Illig machine was transferred from the Chevler plant in Bristol, installed, commissioned and put into production within 3 working days. The first product was despatched to our customer on the same day.

The second machine followed 2 days later and was also put into production within 2 working days.

Prior to production, both machines were fully inspected by our technical team and were not allowed into production until they met our very high standards.
