Wow, what an achievement!
There are not many people in the world that can say this, but Nicky Benjamin is definitely one! In the last 10 years Nicky has not taken a single day off work due to sickness or unauthorised absence and we feel that this is definitely something to be recognised!
Nicky started working for Leeways 39 years ago at the tender age of just 16 and told the management team “I just love my job, if you cut me open I would bleed Leeways!”
“Nicky, we want to say a massive thank you for your hard work and dedication to Leeways. You are a loyal, devoted and much loved member of our team and we are proud to work with you. Serving for an entire decade without sick leave or unauthorised absence is a real achievement and has definitely been appreciated by us all’.
