New Illig RDK 80
With further investment in manufacturing, we have recently purchased an additional Illig RDK 80 displaying in-line padding and punching facilities along with an additional GN 36×25. Driving forward our competitiveness through investment in the latest technology available, this machine is the first one in the UK with new technology that improves output and repeatability in production due to design and software innovation, increasing our capacity levels to 750 million trays per year.
The machine is currently being installed and will be fully operational by the end of this month, meaning we can head in to 2015 at an increased and enhanced level.
